Wir sind ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen aus Dresden, das auf den Bereich Sondermaschinenbau spezialisiert ist, insbesondere auf die Produktion von vollautomatischen Lager- und Handling-Tools für die Halbleiterbranche.

Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen 2013 von drei Absolventen der TU Dresden und hat sich seitdem gut entwickelt. Aufgrund starker Nachfrage suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im Projektmanagement.

Tätigkeitsfelder

  • Leitung von Engineering- und Anlagenbauprojekten
  • Strukturierung der Projekte
  • Definition und Überwachung von Arbeitsaufgaben, deren Budgetierung und terminliche Einordnung
  • Koordination des Projektablaufes mit Kunden, Projektpartnern und beteiligten internen Fachbereichen

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit das Umfeld zu motivieren
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude
