Provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 operational support for enterprise LAN/WAN and network infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.

Troubleshoot ISP, site, store, connectivity, and network performance issues while coordinating with service providers and third-party vendors.

Configure, monitor, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies.

Diagnose routing issues involving EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, iBGP, and eBGP, along with IP services such as DNS and DHCP.

Manage incidents, service requests, and follow-ups using ServiceNow and other ticketing or network management tools.

Support small and medium infrastructure projects involving network planning, design, deployment, implementation, and documentation.

Maintain network availability, reliability, security, and compliance; a CCNA or CCNP certification is mandatory.
