Attività principali:

  • Pianificazione degli appuntamenti quotidiani secondo la procedura stabilita dalla Sede
  • Gestione delle richieste di assistenza tecnica post-vendita su prodotti VELUX
  • Riparazione e manutenzione finestre per tetti VELUX e accessori manuali/elettrici
  • Sistemazione delle parti attigue alla finestra
  • Consulenza alla posa in presenza di installatori
  • Compilazione dei rapporti di lavoro dopo ogni visita al cliente

Il/La candidato/a ideale presenta:

  • diploma tecnico
  • patente di guida (tipo B)
  • buona capacità di utilizzo dell’IPad
  • capacità di gestire la giornata lavorativa e le attività in autonomia, autoassegnandosi le priorità
  • spiccata propensione alla soddisfazione del cliente
  • buona manualità e preferibile esperienza maturata nel settore edile

La RAL indicativa prevista per la posizione è compresa tra €27.000 e €35.000. L'inquadramento e il pacchetto retributivo saranno definiti in base all'esperienza, alle competenze e al profilo complessivo della persona selezionata.

La ricerca è rivolta ad ambosessi ai sensi della L.903/77 e L.125/91 e si intende aperta anche al collocamento mirato ex L. 68/1999
