 Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities Technician – HVAC & Humidity Control located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Facilities Engineer, Ensuring the reliable, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant's HVAC and environmental control systems, maintaining the temperature, humidity, pressure, and filtration conditions required for production processes and controlled areas..

What a typical day looks like:

• •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• •Operate and monitor air conditioning systems, air handling units (AHUs), packaged units, and mini-splits.
• •Adjust and calibrate temperature, humidity, and differential pressure sensors.
• •Monitor the performance of chillers, cooling towers, and chilled water distribution systems.
• •Control relative humidity levels in production areas, warehouses, and cleanrooms.
• •Conduct routine inspections to identify operational deviations.
• •Respond to emergencies involving HVAC failures and environmental conditions.
• •Analyze temperature and humidity trends to prevent deviations.
• •Maintain maintenance records and up-to-date technical documentation.
• •Participate in energy improvement and HVAC system optimization projects.
• •Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• •Coordinate activities with external vendors as required.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Technical degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or a related field.
• •Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance.
• •Experience with AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and packaged units.
• •Knowledge of HVAC automation and control systems.
• •Proficiency in using measurement equipment for temperature, humidity, and pressure.
• •Availability to work rotating shifts.
