Técnico Facilities HVAC

Objetivo del puesto

Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones, equipos eléctricos y sistemas de climatización, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad establecidos.

Perfil y requisitos

Carrera técnica en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Aire Acondicionado o áreas afines.
Diplomados o especialización en climatización y sistemas HVAC (deseable).
Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos de aire acondicionado, sistemas centrales y minisplit.
Conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas y mantenimiento general de instalaciones.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos

Manejo de multímetro para mediciones y diagnósticos eléctricos.
Conocimientos básicos en el uso de computadora.
Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas HVAC, aire acondicionado central y minisplit.
Interpretación y lectura de diagramas eléctricos.
Conocimiento en instalaciones eléctricas de 110 V, 220 V y 440 V.
Fundamentos de electricidad y diagnóstico de fallas eléctricas.
Conocimientos básicos de mecánica y neumática.
Identificación de fallas y ejecución de acciones correctivas en equipos e instalaciones.

Habilidades

Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.
Atención al detalle y seguimiento de procedimientos.
Organización y responsabilidad en la ejecución de actividades.
Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
Enfoque en la seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales.
