Key Responsibilities:
Lidera y organiza junto a los equipos de los PA la participación significativa, inclusiva y segura de niños, niñas y adolescentes en espacios comunitarios e institucionales que contribuyen al bienestar y desarrollo de la niñez. En los que se encuentran integrados los estándares y procesos del patrocinio.
Contribuir en la implementación del 100% de los procesos DMEAL , asegurando calidad de los datos y promoviendo la participación activa de las comunidades —especialmente de niñas, niños y adolescentes— mediante metodologías participativas que faciliten la retroalimentación comunitaria y la mejora continua de los proyectos.
Asegurar la adecuada implementación, planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de actividades comunitarias orientadas a los IPF’s de RCAA y CO.
Participar en coordinación con el Equipo de Respuesta Rápida en situaciones de emergencia declaradas por la Oficina Nacional
