  • Wir sind eine traditionelle, familiengeführte Bäckerei, die großen Wert auf Handwerk, Qualität und frische Produkte legt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n engagierte*n Teigmacher\*in , der/die mit Leidenschaft und Sorgfalt bei der Arbeit ist.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen für Brot, Brötchen und Feinbackwaren
  • Abwiegen und Vorbereiten von Rohstoffen nach Rezeptur
  • Überwachung von Teigruhe, Gärprozessen und Knetzeiten
  • Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Arbeitsbereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Backstube zur optimalen Produktionsplanung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Teigbereitung oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Verständnis für Rohstoffe und Prozesse
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu frühen Arbeitszeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
