Unsere traditionsreiche Bäckerei-Konditorei sucht einen erfahrenen und motivierten Teigmacher, der unser Team bei der Herstellung von hochwertigen Backwaren unterstützt. Wir bieten eine attraktive Arbeitsumgebung, faire Arbeitsbedingungen und eine Vielzahl von Benefits.

Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Herstellung von Teigen für verschiedene Backwaren
  • Turieren und Formen von Teigen nach Rezept und Qualitätsstandards
  • Qualitätssicherung der hergestellten Teige und Endprodukte
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards in der Produktion
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Rezepten und Produktionsprozessen

Arbeitsbedingungen:

  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung (5 Tage die Woche)
  • Dienstbeginn: 23:00 Uhr (Nachtschicht)
  • 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach Tarif

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Teigherstellung und -verarbeitung
  • Kenntnisse von Rezepten und Produktionsprozessen in der Bäckerei
