Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams! Für den Bereich Produktion in der Ospelt Food Establishment Zweigniederlassung Apolda suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

# Teigmacher (m/w/d) oder Bäcker (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen gemäß Rezeptur und Produktionsplan unter Beachtung von Qualitäts- und Verbrauchsnormen
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb
  • Erkennen von Unregelmäßigkeiten und Störungen vor, während und nach der -Teigbereitung sowie deren Beseitigung durch geeignete Maßnahmen
  • Protokollierung aller Rohwarenbewegungen über SAP

## Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in oder Berufserfahrung in einem teigverarbeitendem Betrieb
  • erste Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einem Backwaren herstellenden Unternehmen
  • Schichtbereitschaft (3- oder 4-Schichtsystem)
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • qualitätsbewusstes Denken und Handeln
