Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Werkstatt und Kund:innen bei der Auswahl von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör
  • Verkauf von Ersatzteilen &Zubehör im Direktgeschäft / Thekenverkauf
  • Annahme, Kontrolle und fachgerechte Einlagerung von Waren und Ersatzteilen
  • Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung von Teilen für Werkstattaufträge
  • Pflege und Verwaltung des Warenwirtschaftssystems
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Reklamationen und Retouren
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Lagerbestandskontrollen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Teilelager

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich, idealerweise als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist, o. Ä. oder Kfz-naher Beruf
  • Erste Erfahrung im Teiledienst oder Ersatzteilwesen wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse im Bereich Fahrzeuge und Ersatzteile
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und EDV
  • Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
