Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Ersatzteileversorgung suchen wir einen

# Teiledienstmitarbeiter/Kfz-Mechatroniker im Teiledienst (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Disposition fahrzeugindividueller Original-Ersatzteile mithilfe elektronischer Teilekataloge
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Bestellungen
  • Fachkundige Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden rund um Ersatzteile und Bestellvorgänge

Ihre Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Teiledienst wünschenswert
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen + ETKA und Partslink von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Spaß am Telefonieren
