  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten
  • Teiledienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Standorte in Cottbus und Spremberg .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen für Original Kfz-Teile und Zubehör
  • Betreuung und Beratung freier Werkstätten (telefonisch & per E-Mail)
  • Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung, sowie Terminverfolgung
  • Klärung von Lieferterminen, Rückständen und Alternativteilen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Pflege von Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Logistik und internen Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Automobilhandel, Teilevertrieb oder After-Sales-Bereich
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für Fahrzeuge und Kfz-Teile wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
