  • Als Teiledienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen der Werkstatt und dem Service•Sie tragen dazu bei, dass eine optimale Teile- und Zubehörversorgung zur Kundenzufriedenheit und eine optimale Ausschöpfung des Marktpotenzials im Service gewährleistet ist•Sie nehmen Kundenwünsche und Anfragen entgegen und prüfen Verfügbarkeiten sowie Lieferzeiten
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder technische Berufsausbildung im Kfz-Gewerbe•Berufserfahrung im Teiledienstbereich eines Autohauses wünschenswert•Fundierte Produktkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Zubehörverkauf sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Teiledienst•Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln•Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
