Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Einkauf/ Verkauf/ Vertrieb
  • Terminplanung, Fristenüberwachung, Erstellung von Statistiken und Berichten, Unterstützung der Prozessorganisation
  • Lieferantensuche, Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen, Bestellabwicklung
  • Ersatzteilbeschaffung nach Vorgabe
  • Verwaltung von vertraulichen Dokumenten (z.B. Versicherungsunterlagen, Verträge, Personalakten)
  • Öffnen, Bearbeiten und Verteilen der Tagespost stellvertretend für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Überwachung von Fristen und Terminen (Zahlungsfälligkeiten, Vertragsbefristungen)
  • Überwachung und Betreuung der Personalzeiterfassung
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Finanzamt, Hauptzollamt, Berufsgenossenschaft, Arbeitsmedizin, usw.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang MS-Office und ERP-Systemen, Erfahrungen in Timeline sind von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit Teamgeist
  • Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen Rechtschreibung und hoher eigener Qualitätsanspruch
