Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Archivierung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Angeboten und Rechnungen im SHK-Bereich
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Vor- bzw. Nachkalkulationen für Wartungs-, Installations- und Reparaturaufträge
  • Abstimmung mit Technikern, Einkauf und Vertrieb hinsichtlich Materialmengen und Arbeitszeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen im Bereich Rechnungsvorbereitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit SHK-Kenntnissen
  • Erfahrung in Rechnungsvorbereitung, Kalkulation oder Kostenkontrolle, ideal im SHK-Umfeld
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word) und ggf. in Excellent-/Auftragsabwicklungssoftware o.ä.
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Zahlenaffinität und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Teilzeitregelung
