Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bad Oeynhausen eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Teilzeit (auch in den Nachmittags- und Abendstunden).

Aufgaben:

  • Sie organisieren den gesamten Büroablauf in der Geschäftsstelle und die Beratung unserer Mitglieder durch die Rechtsberater.
  • Sie schreiben nach Diktat und führen die Beratungsakten.

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, sicheres Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Äußeres sind ebenso Voraussetzung, wie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Umgangsformen und der sichere Umgang mit dem Computer.
