Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Wireless Foreman to lead our wireless construction teams in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless communication systems. As a Wireless Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of wireless projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality wireless solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of tower technicians and other crew members engaged in construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.

Act as the point of contact for on-site operations, maintaining open communication with internal and external project stakeholders.

Oversee and actively participate in tower construction activities, including assembly, erection, antenna installation, grounding, testing, and system optimization.

Ensure completion of site-specific closeout documentation and upload required files to customer platforms.

Manage and maintain daily paperwork and administrative requirements for both the site and crew operations.

Conduct and oversee testing activities, including sweep, Passive Intermodulation (PIM), and fiber testing, ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Provide leadership and on-the-job training to crew members, fostering development and teamwork while promoting a safe working environment.

Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they remain in operational condition for project use.

Operate specialized equipment and tools, including Capstan hoists, and rigging hardware, for advanced lifting and construction tasks.

Model and ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and EHS protocols, demonstrating a proactive commitment to workplace safety.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

At least 4-5 years of industry experience, with at least one year as a Foreman running crews
