  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
  • Freude am telefonischen Kontakt und eine offene Ausstrahlung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Aktives Zuhören, Geduld und Empathie
  • Keine Vorkenntnisse im Bankwesen erforderlich (intensives, voll bezahltes Einarbeitungsprogramm)
