  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden für einen Energie- und Telekommunikationsanbieter
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Energie- sowie Telekommunikationsprodukten
  • Tarifberatung für Privat- und Geschäftskunden
  • Bearbeitung von Tarif- und Produktanfragen
  • Kundendatenpflege im System
  • Dein Profil:
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen oder persönlichen Kundenberatung
  • Verkaufsaffinität und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen am Telefon
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Motivation zur Zielerreichung
