Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Versicherungsverträge (kein Verkauf)
  • Klärung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Vertragsdetails
  • Pflege und Änderung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
  • Bedienung moderner IT- und Kommunikationssysteme
  • Weiterleitung von Anliegen an den zuständigen Fachbereich
  • Schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen

Dein Profil

  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten & Spaß am Kundenkontakt
  • Serviceorientierte Denkweise und höflicher Umgangston
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse & schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Teamfähigkeit
