Telefonischer Kundenbetreuer / Call Center Agent (m/w/d) in Berlin

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Kund:innen
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Dokumentation im System
  • Pflege von Kundendaten
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Kundenservice und Administration
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Call Center von Vorteil
  • Auch Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen
  • Freude an Kommunikation und Service
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
