Telefonist / Callcenter Agent (m/w/d) in Münster

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Führen von freundlichen und professionellen Gesprächen
  • Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen
  • Weitergabe von Informationen und Koordination mit internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Pflege von Gesprächsdaten und Dokumentationen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eine freundliche und klare Kommunikation
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder Callcenter sind von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
