Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden
  • Bearbeitung der Kundenanliegen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Daten
  • Beratung der Kunden

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d)
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
