  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Telefonischer Erstkontakt mit unseren Kund:innen - freundlich, empathisch und mit Freude am Gespräch
  • Telefonische Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen: Du informierst Kund:innen über Aktionen und lädst sie zu den Hörakustik-Kolleg:innen in unsere Fachgeschäfte ein
  • Vereinbarung von Terminen und Unterstützung bei Rückfragen
  • Bearbeitung von ein- und ausgehenden Telefonaten
  • Dein Profil
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und hast Freude daran, Menschen aktiv zu kontaktieren, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein
  • Empathie ist deine Stärke, besonders im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Outbound, Kundenservice, Verkauf oder in einer Dienstleistung ist von Vorteil
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office sowie entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind uns wichtig, über weitere Sprachen freuen wir uns
  • Du möchtest im Team vor Ort arbeiten und schätzt den Austausch und das WIR- Gefühl mit den Kolleg:innen
  • Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Eine Anstellung im Ausmaß von 20-25 Wochenstunden
  • Flexible Dienstplanung: zwei Wochen im Voraus unter größtmöglichem Miteinbezug deiner Wünsche
  • Angenehme Arbeitszeiten (Mo-Fr: 08:00-13:00 Uhr oder 13:00-18:00 Uhr)
  • KV-Mindestgehalt ab € 2.199,15 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis)
