Du bearbeitest und aktualisierst Kundendaten

Deine Terminbearbeitung erfolgt telefonisch oder per E-Mail (Bestätigung/Verlegung)

Du dokumentierst und buchst Termine in unserem System

  • Das Lächeln in deiner Stimme zeichnet dich aus

Du bist schlagfertig und kommunikativ

Du sprichst gerne und mit Begeisterung

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Level)

Im Idealfall hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen am Telefon gesammelt
