Die Safetec sicherheit-facility-tecnic GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine freundliche, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit (m/w/d) für die zentrale Telefonvermittlung bei einer Bundesbehörde in Hannover.

Als Mitarbeiter/in unserer Telefonzentrale sind Sie die erste telefonische Anlaufstelle und sorgen für eine professionelle Weiterleitung eingehender Anrufe.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonate
  • Vermittlung von Gesprächen an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner und Fachabteilungen
  • Ermittlung von Durchwahlnummern und Ansprechpartnern
  • Suche nach alternativen Ansprechpartnern bei Nichterreichbarkeit
  • Weitergabe nicht erfolgreich vermittelter Anrufe per E-Mail
  • Bedienung der Telefonanlage und allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Telefonvermittlung

### Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Deutliche und verständliche Aussprache
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Telefonanlagen von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit

### Arbeitszeiten

  • Montag bis Donnerstag: 08:00 bis 16:30 Uhr
  • Freitag: 08:00 bis 15:00 Uhr
