Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und -beratung in der Telekommunikation.
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Anliegen der Kunden sowie die aktive Akquise
  • Dokumentation von Gesprächen
  • Nachtelefonieren von Anfragen
