Your future starts here

You support our HR automation platform for enterprise workflows. Our platform automates HR operations end to end across distributed systems, securely and reliably. AI agents increasingly drive these processes while the platform enforces the right permissions, keeps a complete audit trail and never loses work in flight. You operate and evolve the platform with a focus on Temporal, AWS and Python in a security-first environment

  • Operate and evolve a self-hosted workflow platform on AWS with Temporal
  • Design and ship durable workflows in Python, including human approvals and safe changes in flight
  • Build infrastructure as code and run containerized services with CI/CD ownership, reliable rollouts and rollbacks, vulnerability scanning and patching
  • Ensure security, least-privilege access and observability end to end, with clear audit trails

Your skills

  • Proven experience with Temporal in production, including versioning in-flight workflows, determinism and replay
  • Python as your primary language and hands-on AWS experience, including infrastructure as code and running services at scale
  • AWS in production, with hands-on experience in ECS, Docker, and AWS Python CDK
  • Solid understanding of identity and authorisation in enterprise contexts, including safe token handling under concurrency
  • Observability with OpenTelemetry, including tracing across asynchronous, long-running processes.
  • Curious and proactive, you take initiative and keep processes observable end to end
  • Degree (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
  • Fluent English; German or Italian is a plus
