About the role (temporary position):

As a temporary Business Services Specialist, you will support Accounts Administration / Issuing and Paying Agent Services / Market Data team during periods of annual volume growth. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting critical processes and contributing to the team's day-to-day deliveries and overall success. The unique structure of the team covering 3 products in 4 countries offers exciting growth opportunities.

As a temporary Business Services Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include:

Data input, processing, analysis, and reporting

Review and processing of the client documentation

Processing different types of transactions

Assisting clients with their daily inquiries over the phone and email
