Welcome to Windham Mountain Club!

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: This role is available for the winter season.

Pay: 25-30 per hour based on experience

Anticipated Start Dates: December 15th through December 20th

*This start date is weather dependent

Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Driving: Must hold a valid driver’s license and successfully pass both a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check in accordance with Windham Mountain Club’s insurance policy guidelines.

• Position Summary:
• Responsible for operating snowcats to build, groom, and maintain terrain parks and ski trails. Ensures high-quality riding conditions, performs basic equipment maintenance, and supports overall mountain operations. Requires strong skiing/snowboarding skills, terrain park experience, and the ability to work independently in demanding winter conditions.

Key Qualifications:

• •Must be 18+ years old
• •Must have 2+ years of terrain park snowcat/grooming experience
• •Terrain park building experience
• •Strong skiing or snowboarding skills
• •Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work flexible hours

Physical Requirements:

• •Lift up to 60 lbs.
• •Work outdoors in varying winter conditions
• •Stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
