Join us in building a sustainable future where people, communities, and the planet can truly thrive.

About the role: We are looking for a Territory Manager to lead and grow our Kellog's portfolio across the Waikato region! This role is responsible for managing the assigned Sales Territory, and improve Sales performance of all products across all Chain and Independent grocery outlets. You'll be adept at maximising the effectiveness of trade promotional expenditure through compliance and discretionary activity and be a relationship building extraordinaire.

What you’ll do:

  • Maximize Product Ranging: Drive optimal range across both Chain and Independent stores, securing rapid "speed to store" for new product launches and advising on range rationalization.
  • Optimize Shelf & Space Management: Implement Head Office approved Planograms and Kellogg space management concepts to maximize shelf visibility and proactively minimize out-of-stock instances.
  • Drive Promotional Impact: Negotiate, secure, and execute in-store promotional activity, maximizing incremental displays and analysing promotional effectiveness, particularly within Independent accounts.
  • Deliver Accurate Field Reporting: Submit timely field, expense, and monthly focus reports, while providing quarterly territory analysis and actionable market intelligence to the National Field Sales Manager.
  • Strategic Territory Management: Maintain meticulous territory records and leverage strong time management and planning skills to identify new sales opportunities and maximize regional ROI.
  • Collaborate & Present Insights: Actively contribute to sales meetings by presenting territory results, creative ideas, and growth opportunities to the wider team.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly convey ideas to both internal teams and retail partners.
  • A proven track record of achieving objectives by aligning resources, overcoming store-level barriers, and successfully influencing key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities with ease in a fast-paced, rapidly changing retail environment.
  • An independent worker who thrives with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of their territory and day-to-day schedule.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or allied industries is highly regarded, though not essential.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • undefined

Why you’ll love working for us:

  • Purpose: Help craft beloved brands with a legacy of over 100 years of local manufacturing making products that people and pets will love all while helping to build a more sustainable future.
  • People: A culture that values your contributions, fosters leadership, and recognises the impact you make. Your work truly matters here.
  • Development : Shape your career with personalised development and real opportunities to grow from day one.
  • Enjoy a team and business environment that is invested in helping you manage and grow your energy for work and life.
