• Accountable for driving sales growth, ensuring market coverage and maintaining strong distributor and retailer relationships within
• a defined geographic area. Ensures availability and visibility of our brands and develops the capability of the field force.
• ✓ Sales Target Achievement - deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• ✓ Market Coverage - optimal outlet coverage and route optimization for sales representatives
• ✓ Distributor Management - oversee distributor performance, inventory and financial hygiene
• ✓ Retail Execution - product availability, visibility and promotional compliance at retail
• ✓ Team Supervision - lead, train and motivate field sales teams
• ✓ Category Plan Execution - implement category plans basis BU direction across each MOC
• ✓ Compliance & Reporting - adherence to company policy and timely field reporting
