Test Automation

Job Description:

• Essential Job Functions:
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test automation frameworks. Develop and maintain automated test scripts, as well as troubleshoot and resolve testing issues. Participate in the development of testing standards, processes, and procedures to improve overall testing efficiency. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing of software applications.

• Basic Qualifications:
• •Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Typically, 6 years of relevant work experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar test automation role
• •Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software applications

• Other Qualifications:
• •Advanced knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies, with expertise in TEST AUTOMATION 3 - Expert certification
• •Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with experience in developing automated test scripts
• •Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in an Agile development environment
• •Familiarity with software development life cycles, including waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• •Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
