• As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing comprehensive quality engineering activities with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing frameworks and to drive improvements in overall product quality and reliability.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
• - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and promote best practices in automation testing.
• - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• - Drive innovation in testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of quality assurance processes.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
• - Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.
• - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• - Ability to analyze complex systems and design effective test cases to ensure software quality.
• - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts to optimize performance.
• - Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Playwright.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
