• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• - Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals.
• - Ensure timely delivery of automation test scripts and maintain test documentation.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• - Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium frameworks.
• - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• - Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• - Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.
• - Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and defect tracking systems.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• - This position is based at our Chennai office.
