2Circle Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to support the AFLCMC Long Range Systems Division in the development, integration, and flight test of the JASSM-XR (AGM-158D) extreme-range cruise missile. The selected engineer serves as a trusted technical advisor to the Government program office, supporting test strategy and planning across the development test enterprise. Responsibilities include contributing to the Test and Evaluation Master Plan and subordinate test plans; reviewing contractor test procedures, instrumentation approaches, and pre-test predictions; participating in Test Readiness Reviews and supporting the Government’s readiness determinations; coordinating range, asset, and aircraft availability with the 96th Test Wing and other test organizations; monitoring captive carry, separation, and free-flight events; and analyzing post-test data to assess performance against system requirements. The engineer supports aircraft integration activities across B-1B, B-52H, F-15E, and F-16 platforms, and works alongside the prime contractor, the broader program office team, and operational test and DOT&E stakeholders to keep the test program aligned to schedule, cost, and capability objectives.

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, along with 12 or more years of professional engineering experience. Qualified candidates bring a demonstrated background in weapons, munitions, or aircraft-store integration test and evaluation within a DoD acquisition environment, and a working knowledge of developmental test planning and execution, test instrumentation and telemetry, flight test safety processes, and test data reduction and analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; this position requires direct, daily engagement with Government leadership, contractor technical staff, and test organization counterparts. An active TS/SCI clearance and prior Special Access Program (SAP) experience are desired. Candidates holding an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI will be considered. This is an on-site position at Eglin AFB, Florida.
