Job Summary**

We are seeking a Test Engineer II to join our team at Hyve Solutions Corporation. This role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures for server and storage products, ensuring their quality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test procedures for new and existing server, storage, and networking products.
• * Execute various types of testing, including functional, performance, reliability, stress, and compatibility testing.
• * Configure and troubleshoot test environments, including hardware, software, and network components.
• * Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to development teams.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware design, software development, product management) to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• * Automate test cases and develop test scripts using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• * Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality considerations.
• * Document test processes, results, and issues accurately and thoroughly.
• * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new testing methodologies.

Job Qualifications**

• * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• * 3+ years of experience in hardware testing, preferably with server or storage systems.
• * Strong understanding of server architecture, including CPUs, memory, storage (NVMe, SSD, HDD), and networking.
• * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation.
• * Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• * Familiarity with test equipment and tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power meters).
• * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
