Join our team and play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence through advanced test engineering solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer III who is passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, implement, and maintain test hardware, software, and procedures for electronic circuit board manufacturing.
• •Lead and support test engineering activities across ICT, Functional Test (FVT), ESS, and System-Level Test environments.
• •Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to Test Engineers and Technicians.
• •Drive test process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure successful product launches.
• •Act as the primary technical interface with customers, providing clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
• •Coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure optimal tester performance and uptime.
• •Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• •5+ years of experience in Test Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• •Mandatory experience with Keysight ICT platforms, specifically i3070.
• •Experience with ICT, Functional Test, ESS, and System-Level Test methodologies.
• •Proven experience in customer-facing technical communication.
• •Experience leading technical teams and personnel management.
• •Knowledge of test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• •Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (required).

Preferred Skills

• •Experience supporting high-volume electronic manufacturing operations.
• •Knowledge of automated test solutions and test software development.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
