Für unsere Abteilung "IT-Produktion" suchen wir in unserer Hauptverwaltung am Standort Dortmund zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Testumgebungsmanager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt IT-Betrieb & Infrastruktur.

Sie verantworten die Konzeption, Bereitstellung und den stabilen Betrieb von Testumgebungen unserer IT-Systeme. Der Fokus liegt auf leistungsfähigen, reproduzierbaren und effizient nutzbaren Umgebungen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb von Testumgebungen (z.B. Integrations-, System-, Abnahmeumgebungen)
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance der Umgebungen
  • Automatisierung der Bereitstellung, Konfiguration der Umgebungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Umgebungsanforderungen aus Projekten und Fachbereichen
  • Verwaltung der Schnittstellen zu Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk- und Plattform-Teams
  • Konzeption von Umgebungsstrategien (z.B. Virtualisierung, Containerisierung, Cloud-Nutzung)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Ressourcennutzung
  • Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Betriebsprozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld von Test- oder Systemlandschaften
  • Kenntnisse in
  • Betriebssystemen (Linux/ Windows/ zOS)
  • Virtualisierung (z.B. VMWare) und/ oder Container-Technologien (z.B. Docker, Openshift)
  • Automatisierungstools (z.B. Ansible, CI/CD-Pipelines)
  • Verständnis für komplexe Systemlandschaften und Abhängigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen (z.B. AWS, Azure) von Vorteil
