Aufgaben:

  • Nähen, Zuschneiden und Verarbeiten von Stoffen nach Spezifikation
  • Anfertigung von Prototypen, Musterteilen sowie Serienprodukten
  • Prüfung von Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit; ggf. Anpassungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Optimierung von Nähprozessen
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Stichproben

Anforderungen:

  • Kenntnisse als Näher/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes Verständnis für Maße, Passform und Qualitätsstandards
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit/Überstunden nach Bedarf (falls relevant)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Lesen von Schnittmustern und technischen Zeichnungen
