Meine Aufgaben:

  • selbstständige Bearbeitung von Energie- und Industrieprojekten (Planung und Bauüber-
  • wachung von Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung) mit entsprechender Software
  • Projektverantwortung und Abstimmung mit Bauherrn und Architekten
  • eigenständige Erarbeitung von Entwürfen / Konzepten im Projektteam
  • Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung / Leistungsverzeichnisse mit Unterstützung von
  • technischen Systemplanern
  • Angebotsauswertung mit Darstellung der wirtschaftlichsten Variante
  • Bauüberwachung inkl. Durchführung der Abnahmen

Mein Profil:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium als B.Sc., Ing., M.Sc. oder Dipl.-Ing. (FH/TU)
  • Erfahrung in Planung / Bauüberwachung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- und MSR-Technik
  • Eigenverantwortung in der Projektbearbeitung
  • sicheres Führen von Grundlagengesprächen mit dem Bauherrn
  • sicheres Auftreten in Wort und Schrift
  • team- und kommunikationsfähig
  • gewerkeübergreifendes Denken
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse VOB und HOAI
  • sicherer Umgang mit Plancal nova zwingend erforderlich
