  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Elektrotechnik Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. fünf bis zehn Jahre) in der Planung und Durchführung von TGA-Projekten Gewerkeübergreifende Fachkenntnisse (z.B. MSR von Vorteil) Kenntnisse im Bereich aller Leistungsphasen der HOAI Versierte Kenntnisse der Vertragsbedingungen VOB/B Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit einschlägiger Software wie RiB iTWO, Revit und AutoCAD Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamgeist Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Planung und Leitung anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte im Bereich Elektrotechnik Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Projekterfolg Reporting an die Gesamtprojektleitung sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern und Projektbeteiligten Steuerung externer Fachingenieur:innen und Koordination der Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI Erstellung, Prüfung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen Führung von Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und weiteren Projektpartnern Koordination und Überwachung der Projektabwicklung von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung
