Ein Hausmeisterunternehmen aus Rheinstetten, sucht einen zuverlässigen, handwerklich geschickten, und technisch versierten Hausmeister/Haustechniker (m/w/d), der Gebäude/ Grünflächen in Rheinstetten und Karlsruhe betreut.

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • Teamorientierung und Flexibilität
  • Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis.
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement / Facility Management ist wünschenswert

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltung Arbeiten und kleinen Reparaturen.
  • Betreuung und Kontrolle der haustechnischen Anlagen (z. B. Lüftungs-, Klima- und Heizungsanlage) sowie ggf. Behebung technischer Störungen.
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen.
  • Durchführung von kleinen Umzügen
  • Begleitung externer Firmen bei Bau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung externer Handwerker und Dienstleister.
  • Unterstützung beim Winterdienst
