  • Provide proactive communication and reporting on sample status, audits, delivery timing, and key process milestones.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders related to Americas seasonal samples.
  • Develop tools and resources that enable teams to easily access information and self-serve where possible.
  • Help develop and execute a seasonal sample lifecycle strategy that supports showroom needs while maximizing reuse and reducing waste and cost.
  • Coordinate sample carryover, returns, warehouse activity, and logistics across the Americas organization.

Sales Programs

  • Support the implementation and management of seasonal sales programs within the B2B platform.
  • Review program requests based on established discount parameters and account strategies.
  • Analyze seasonal program performance and provide insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.

Sales Operations Tools & Communications

  • Manage the Sales Basecamp SharePoint site as the central repository for key sales information, tools, and resources.
  • Develop and distribute weekly communications highlighting important updates, tools, deadlines, and priorities for the Sales organization.
  • Maintain sales tools, templates, dashboards, and systems to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and useful.

Sales Administration & Operational Support

  • Support Sales team members with questions related to tools, systems, and processes.
  • Coordinate account maintenance, including account classifications, tiering, and sales representative assignments across relevant systems.
