Wir suchen

### Therapeut (m/w/d) für die ambulante Rehabilitation suchtkranker Menschen

Sie werden für unsere Klient\*innen tätig 

  • Therapiegespräche (Einzel und Gruppe)
  • Therapiebegleitung
  • Vermittlung / Beantragung in Entgiftung und Therapie
  • Mit eigenen fachlichen Schwerpunkten in der Indikationsgruppe
  • Mitwirkung am QM / im Netzwerk

Sie bringen mit: 

  • Anerkannter Abschluss als Sozialarbeiter/in oder Sozialpädagoge/in B.A. oder gleichwertig
  • Abgeschlossene VdR anerkannte sozialtherapeutische Ausbildung oder im Abschluss
  • Kenntnisse in motivierender Gesprächsführung
  • Einen wertschätzenden Beratungsstil
  • Positive Haltung zu den christlichen Werten der Diakonie
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office und Patfak, sowie Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsweisen
  • Führerschein Kl. B sowie die Bereitschaft zum Einsatz des privaten PKW für dienstliche Zwecke

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, Teilzeit möglich

Vergütung und Zusatzleistungen: Tarifvertrag Diakonie Niedersachsen, Zusatzaltersversorgung, Zuschlag für Mitarbeitende im Fachbereich Sucht, Kinderzuschlag, 31 Tage Urlaub

Befristung: unbefristet
