Die Pflege- und Sozialtherapeutische Einrichtung St. Bartholomä Samerberg bietet Platz für über 90 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.

Zur Verstärkung unseres sozialpädagogischen Teams bieten wir Ihnen ab sofort oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eine Stelle als Heilerziehungspfleger/in oder Sozialpädagoge/in (m/w/d) an.

### Neben Motivation, Humor und Kreativität erwarten wir von Ihnen:

  • Fachlich:
  • Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung im Bereich der Heilerziehungspflege, Sozialpädagogik oder Soziale Arbeit
  • Berufserfahrung erwünscht, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Bewohnerbezogen:
  • Weitere Stabilisierung körperlicher und psychischer Gesundheit
  • Verhinderung von körperlichen Folgeschäden
  • Abstinenz von Suchtmitteln
  • Kontinuierliche Begleitung und Betreuung/Tagesstruktur
  • Erkennen von Frühsymptomen eines drohenden Rückfalls in den Suchtmittelkonsum oder in der Psychose
  • Erhalt und Förderung von Lebenspraktischen Kompetenzen
  • Förderung sozialer Verantwortlichkeit
  • Erwerb von Kompetenzen im Bereich sozialer Interaktion, Bewältigung sozialer Ängste und Verhaltensdefizite
  • Teilhabe an der Gemeinschaft/Freizeitgestaltung
  • Emotionale Stabilität
  • Vermeidung von Verwahrlosung
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung alltäglicher Verrichtungen
