Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Thermoformanlagen
  • Erwärmen und Umformen thermoplastischer Materialien nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung von Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächenqualität und Materialausnutzung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Wartung und Pflege der Produktionsanlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Konstruktion und Fertigung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Kunststoff-Formgeber/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Thermoformen oder in der Kunststoffverarbeitung wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
