Für die Energiewende braucht Deutschland tausende Kilometer neuer Leitungen, viele davon unterirdisch. Die Klimawende ist damit also auch ein enormes Tiefbauprojekt.

Deine Voraussetzungen:

  • Du hast einen Abschluss in einem Bauberuf oder bereit, Neues zu lernen.\*
  • Du bist motiviert Dich bei der Energiewende einzubringen Du bist körperlich fit, um etwas zu bewegen - meistens Erde.
  • Du sprichst und verstehst Deutsch gut und kannst auf der Baustelle mit allen sprechen (mindestens A2).

Die Besonderheit

\*Solltest Du bisher noch keinen Abschluss im Baubereich haben, kannst Du in den ersten sechs Monaten an einem Lehrgang teilnehmen, um einen IHK Abschluss zu erwerben. Dieser wird durch einen Bildungsträger aus Bremen angeboten. Wir unterstützen dich dabei!

Nach erfolgreichen Bestehen der Qualifizierung wird das Arbeitsverhältnis in ein unbefristetes überführt.

Lohn

Ungelernte Mitarbeiter während des Lehrgangs: Lohngruppe 1 – derzeit 15,86 € pro Stunde

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Lehrgangs: Lohngruppe 2 – derzeit 18,73 € pro Stunde
