Job Summary:
Pour, Assemble and dis-assemble tile molds.
Job Duties:
- Ability to work with Hand Tools, Impact wrenches, grinders, tile sanding rocks
- Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to take direction and complete all tasks asked of them
- Ability to learn and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
-Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-Tile/Mold shop experience preferred
-Forklift certification preferred, or equivalent experience
Mental Requirements:
-Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside of the Company.
-Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities and still meet deadlines. -Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements.
-Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively.
-Must be able to communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to stand/be on your feet for long periods of time.
-Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
-Must have the ability to work in areas where temperatures and noise levels can be extreme.
-Majority of the work performed will be outside exposed to all elements.
-Walking up and down stairs.
