• •Main responsibilities
• •Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across different member firms globally.
• •Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities, workshops, and solution discussions.
• •Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.
• •Collaborate with leadership teams to support IT transformation and change management initiatives.
• •Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT capabilities.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
• •Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer/user experience.

• •+5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
• •Experience working in global and cross-cultural environments.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• •Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
• •Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
• •Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
